Kimberly J. Lee is an attorney at Lowman Law Firm. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Indiana University with a double major in Forensic Studies and Psychology. While in college Kim worked as a certified police officer in the state of Indiana after she obtained her training at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. Kim then attended law school and graduated from Indiana University School of Law during which time she served as President of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Kim began her legal career representing people injured in auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, medical malpractice and product liability cases. She has also defended personal injury cases for two major insurance companies and obtained invaluable knowledge of the inner workings of that industry. Throughout her career Kim has brought more than 25 personal injury cases before a jury. Kim has also had the privilege of presenting an Oral Argument before the Florida Second District Court of Appeals. Kim has spoken at legal education conferences for attorneys and paralegals, authored numerous legal articles, and has participated in the training and education of insurance claims adjusters and novice attorneys.
Kim has assisted domestic violence victims while volunteering with the Bay Area Volunteer Lawyers Program. She has also volunteered at Bay Area Legal Services as a Civil Intake Attorney, with the Justice Teaching Program through the Florida Bar, and has been a member of the Student Education and Admissions to the Bar Committee of the Florida Bar.
