Lowman Law Firm is proud to sponsor the first-ever Dice Run for K9 Partners for Patriots on Saturday, April 10, 2021.

This ride for bikers begins in Spring Hill and ends in Brooksville with food, music, and celebration. The ride is designed to bring awareness to the struggles veterans endure when returning home.

K9 Partners for Patriots provides opportunities for veterans to meet each other, share their stories, and process their pain while they train their own service dog. According to K9 Partner for Patriots, “the weekly service dog training classes help break the perilous pattern of isolation that so often leads to the premature end of a life.”

About K9 Partners for Patriots

K9 Partners for Patriots is an organization transforming the lives of veterans and active duty service members struggling with the effects of post-traumatic stress (PTS), traumatic brain injury (TBI), and/or military sexual trauma (MST). The organization was founded in 2013 by nationally known Certified Master Dog Trainer Mary Peter on the belief that service dogs could help these men and women reintegrate back into civilian life with confidence and regain their independence.

K9 Partners for Patriots rescues homeless dogs and teaches veterans to train them as their own service dogs in a safe and judgment-free, family environment. The organization works in collaboration with local communities, partner organizations, and governments to raise awareness about PTSD and educate the public about the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and virtually all state laws related to service animals that have been trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability.
